Distrubution
Most Ctenophora are spread throughout the ocean. 75% of Ctenophora prefer the warmer water and live in the tropics, however some species live deep down in the ocean and a few live around the poles. The most common of the species, the Sea Gooseberry (pleurobranchia pileus) and the Melon Jellyfish (Beroe sp) can be found around the world.
