Nervous System Ctenophora have a diffuse ectodermal nervous system, which consists of a nerve net. A nerve net is a diffuse network of neurons that sends impulses all over from one point of stimuli. Their sensory organ, the apical sense organ, is located at the opposite end of the mouth.
